Beschreibung:

After the form of the archaic bronze jue, helmet shaped, with two vertical knobbed posts rising from the rim, a side loop-handle, and three slender legs. Striding five-clawed dragons moulded in relief on either side dispute a flaming pearl; at the other end is a cloud motive. The designs, post finials and two ribs encircling the rim are left in unglazed biscuit and picked out in gilt, on a ground of deep violet-blue glaze. The six-character reign mark appears in moulded relief on the underside, picked out in gilt.
